Georgia's career began in the enchanting city of Florence, Italy, where she immersed herself in the sophisticated and esteemed bar industry. It was here that she cultivated her passion for mixology and embarked on a journey of competing in bartending competitions, achieving notable victories along the way.
Building on her experiences in Italy, Georgia's expertise led her to the vibrant city of Limassol, Cyprus, where she assumed managerial roles in some of the most renowned restaurants and luxurious 5-star hotels. Her exceptional skills and leadership abilities were instrumental in overseeing the comprehensive training programs and menu creation & engineering for esteemed establishments in Cyprus. From inception to fruition, she played a pivotal role in creating and refining the culinary experiences offered by these prestigious restaurants, bars, and hotels.

On the other hand, Konstantinos is a highly dedicated professional with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and distinguished himself by attaining the highest GPA among all graduates, earning him the esteemed title of "Best Graduate of the Year." With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Konstantinos has held senior-level positions in reputable restaurants.
He has demonstrated his commitment to continuous learning through courses and seminars such as the Wine & Spirits Education Trust Level 3 certification and many Food & Beverage Certificates, among others.
Throughout his career, Konstantinos has showcased his professionalism and work ethic with a proven track record of success. He has efficiently managed various enterprises, curated exceptional wine lists for renowned restaurants, provided staff training for prestigious establishments, and planned and executed a wide range of outstanding private events. From intimate fine-dining dinners to large-scale festivals with thousands of attendees per day.
